Our Journey
Key milestones in our company's history
A Hillier Vineyard Inc was incorporated, marking the beginning of our journey in premium beverage production.
We started planting our vineyard with vinifera grapes, carefully selecting varietals suited to our unique terroir.
Construction began on our state-of-the-art facility, designed to combine traditional methods with modern technology.
We obtained licenses from the Canada Revenue Agency, Excise Tax, officially authorizing us to produce our beverages.
With assistance from the Federal Government and Niagara College Innovation Centre, we developed a formula for low-alcohol wine after two years of successful research and development.
