Traditional Way to Drink Arak

  2. Then add water—it will turn milky white.
  3. Add a cube or more of ice.
  4. Arak is an aperitif meant to be sipped slowly.
  5. Arak is best enjoyed with only water added.
  6. Generally, it is mixed one-third arak with two-thirds water.
  7. Ultimately, mix arak the way you like it—there is no wrong or right way. Enjoy it!
